We’re doing it again…an amazing Spring Special. I’m so excited! I just spoke with my friend and they are adding a few more chicks and ducks to their coop. They will be visiting the studio April 5. These new die-cut cards are all the rage and so different. They are printed on premium paper and come in 5 stylish shapes. I can order them with a pre-punched hole and they can be used as ornaments on the trees of your friends and family. Below are a few samples. They aren’t the only designs available and you can also get the regular style holiday cards.

The studio is finally photo ready. We still need to finish a few things, but I’m having sessions in there and lovin’ it! We put large windows across the front and the window light coming in is perfect.

Sneak Peek for Albina and Vadim – Detroit Michigan Photographer

I received an email from Albina late last week about doing her maternity session. She mentioned that she was 38 weeks so I called her right away and squeezed them in on Sunday. It breaks my heart when someone wants to do a maternity session and they miss their opportunity because the baby decides to arrive early. We got them finished, so now we’re ready for the new little guy to enter the world.

Albina and Vadim were such a joy to work with. Albina had such the perfect belly and great clothes to show it off. Their baby boy is due on Valentine’s Day, what a Valentine’s gift ! So, not to keep them waiting any longer, here’s their sneak peek…

It was a beautiful day – Oakland County Photographer

The weather was so beautiful today so I took Sienna and Brielle out to play. Brielle didn’t last long and after she snuggled down for her nap Sienna and I went back out. I pulled her in the sled, boy that’s a workout , and we made snow angels. I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to get some outdoor practice with my camera so I snapped a few photos as well. Sienna’s favorite color is green and she’s wearing her hat made especially for her by her Grandma. I haven’t posted anything of Sienna lately and thought I would share a couple of my favorites from today.

Amber and I had a super fun session. She wanted to get something different for her fiance for his birthday and called me to do maternity photos. I’m sure he loved his gift! They will soon be having a little girl. It’s about time to add more girl power to their family. Until baby girl arrives the ratio is 3 boys to 1 girl.

My Favorite Senior Photo of ’08 – Detroit Senior Photographer

I was just thinking the other day about some of my favorite photos from the past year. This one is one of my absolute favorites. We had a great session and Rachel and her mom, Nancy, were super nice. We had planned to do indoor and outdoor photos the day they came, but it poured rain the entire time so we rescheduled for the outdoor photos the following week. This photo was just a real quick, ‘let’s try this’ and voila, it just happens to be my fave. Rachel and Nancy must have really liked it too b/c they ordered it as a wall portrait.

Nancy also sent a very nice email to her friends, I can’t thank her enough . Being referred to family and friends is the greatest compliment. Thank you Nancy and Rachel.

I want to share with you this fabulous photographer that took Rachel’s
senior pictures. Angela is so creative and spent hours capturing that
perfect moment. She specializes in maternity and infant photography, but
everything she shoots is magic! Angela works out of her home in Auburn
Hills and I highly recommend her for the personal attention that she gives.
We had a lot of fun with the dress and scenery changes. Print packages and

Wings have arrived – Michigan baby photographer

Yay…my new wings have arrived. I grabbed Brielle for a few test shots, she wasn’t much in the mood. I need to grab Sienna and have her pose for me. I’ll need to give her a bribe though, my little stinker won’t stay still too long without one
